Shipping information
There are two shipping methods, customers can choose from:


Post Office Delivery.

1. If you have selected DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE delivery method.

Customers who choose DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE delivery, usually receive their parcels within the next 3-4 working days.

Due to the special circumstances the shipping time may vary. The delivery time might sometimes vary depending on the additional security checks implemented by the shipping service provider. The delivery time might get extended by 1-2 working days.

If the parcel exceeds the standard private use value stated by the customs office, you might get a notification informing you about the import procedures that have to be arranged for the shipment. In these cases, please contact DHL customer support (https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/contact-us.html) and inquire what documents do you need to provide to complete the customs procedures.

Please note that in certain cases Customs office might consider the parcel to be of the commercial use and apply:

- VAT on the order value;

- Import taxes;

- Fees for import procedures.

2. If you have selected POST OFFICE DELIVERY method. 

Customers who choose Post Office Delivery usually receive their parcels within the 10 working days. However, if the Post Office handles a huge workload it may take longer for the parcel to reach its destination. All parcels have tracking numbers. The parcel may be tracked by going to the official postal service provider's website in the destination country.

The parcel should arrive to your home or to the nearest postal office.

In case it doesn't you might need to proceed with the import procedures which are always handled by the official postal services provider. In case you receive notification that you need to provide additional documents for the import procedures please follow the instructions given by the postal services officer. In those cases they will require the confirmation of the order, order value.

General Guidelines and Statements
All the payments (both Paypal account payment and Credit Card payment) are handled by Paypal Card processing service. All the purchases are protected by Paypal’s Buyer’s Protection Program. That means that at any stage of the order you can freeze the funds and raise a complaint which will hold the money paid till any issue is resolved.

PayPal’s Buyer Protection programme entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any, when you don’t receive your item from us, or when you receive an item, but the item isn’t what you ordered.

The location from where your order will be shipped may vary depending on the stock of the products at the moment of order. The possible shipping locations are: London, Manchester, Edinburgh (UK), Berlin (Germany), Paris (France), Vilnius (Lithuania).
